Capturing the innocence of the mid-1950s, this delightful pop single features the unheralded but extremely capable vocalist Joan Van Arnem backed by a small orchestra directed by Gordon Vanderburg, complete with Hawaiian steel guitar and a vocal chorus reminiscent of the great Boswell Sisters on the dreamy ""Hawaiian Shores"" featured on the ""A"" side, and the whimsical and sentimental ""Little Billy Dreamer"" on the flip side, with it's mellow saxophone and tender vocal. Originally released in 1956 on the Wanderlust label, this obscure pop gem has been newly remastered for this exclusive release.
