The music presented here was recorded in Oct. 2001 at the St. Peter's Chelsea Episcopal Church in Manhattan during the Chautauqua Jazz Party. As four of the current best players of music associated with Louis Armstong, guitarist Marty Grosz, clarinetist Ken Peplowski, trumpeter Jon-Erik Kellso & bass sax/string bassist Vince Giordano pay to tribute to the master, performing some of the lesser-known Armstrong tunes to wild applause.
